The Thunder Bay Quilters' Guild is a group of quilters of all ages and skill levels who have come together to share and promote our love of quilting. The guild was started in 1981 with just 30 members, and has grown to almost 200 members today. Our guild offers many opportunities for learning and inspiration, with workshops, demonstrations, and guest instructors throughout the year, and show and tell and programming at our monthly meetings. In 2015/16, the guild members made and distributed 147 Comfort Quilts to organizations in our community, over 150 Teddy Bear Quilts to Christmas Cheer, and 128 place mats to Meals on Wheels. The guild hosts the biennial Superior Quilt Show, which will be held at the CLE Coliseum Building April 28-30, 2017.

We meet the third Monday of the month, 7pm, at Calvary Lutheran Church, 2820 Donald Street East, September -June. Guests and new members are always welcome.
