Live on the Waterfront, presented by Ontario Power Generation, is Thunder Bay’s premier performing arts series, showcasing the best local talent alongside some of North America’s finest artists. Presentations run from 6pm to 9pm on eight consecutive Wednesdays through the summer.

Performers: The Treble; Goodnight, Sunrise; Kutch
Time: 6pm – 9pm
Venue: Marina Park

The Treble
8pm
Alternative rock band The Treble – Mark Brusegard (vocals), Colin McTavish (keys, synth, rhythm), Graeme Woods (guitar) and Patrick Hansen (Bass, Synth) – are one of those bands that give you everything and leave it all with the crowd. Their forthcoming sophomore effort, produced by Ryan Worsley (Dear Rouge, Said The Whale), is jam-packed with melody heavy tracks that couple anthemic group harmonies and poignant autobiographical lyrics with urgent brooding rhythms and soaring electronic flourishes. Eyes on Us is truly the sound of The Treble coming into its own.

Goodnight, Sunrise
7pm
Goodnight, Sunrise is an indie-rock-and-roll-super-fun-dance-party band from Toronto. Founded in 2011 through a shared love of pop hooks, EDM drops, and the raw power of classic rock, their sound has naturally evolved into a hybrid reminiscent of CHVRCHES, Muse, and July Talk. Armed with confetti, glowsticks, and an abundance of relentless energy, they’ve taken their explosive live show to over 300 audiences across Canada, US, and Europe, opening up for Bon Jovi, Monster Truck, and The Sheepdogs along the way.

Kutch
6pm
Kutch is Colin Kutchyera, a 9-to-5 Analyst, Graduate Student, and Dad from Thunder Bay, but don't let that fool you; he still manages to find time to bust out hits. Kutch's 2018 album "Notionside," produced by multi-platinum Toronto producer/recording artist La+ch (of Coleman Hell), was acclaimed with great reviews in Canada and globally for it's eclectic mix of incredibly catchy and thoughtful pop and alternative songs.
