Mary has loved music & singing her entire life. She has been playing guitar for 9 years. She also plays a variety of instruments such as: keyboards, harmonica, and percussion. However; Mary's most powerful instrument is her voice. It brings her much joy to be able to share this passion with others on stage. Working with talented musicians from Thunder Bay, & gaining experience performing & writing original music has helped her find her own voice. Mary performs as a solo artist, she is the lead singer for a rock cover band called "Friends of the Road", and does backup vocals and percussion for an all original funk band called the "Thirsty Monks".
**She was also in a band called "The Angies", who got to travel to Memphis to compete in the 2018 IBC's representing the Thunder Bay Blues Society. This also earned them a spot playing at 2018 Thunder Bay Blues Fest**
Mary has played in multiple venues locally such as:
Live at the Waterfront, Valley Fresh Buskers Fest, Tumblestone Music Festival, Craft Revival, The Foundry, Black Pirates Pub, The Sovereign Room, Madhouse, Red Lion, Cheers Village Pub, Crocks, New Day Records, The Bean Fiend, & Beaux Daddy's.
