The objective of The 50th Anniversary theme is to showcase the history of Thunder Bay through people, success stories, culture, heritage and diversity.

Artists must live/work/attend school in the City of Thunder Bay or be able to demonstrate that Thunder Bay has played a direct role in their success, or artists who have lived in Thunder Bay in the past are eligible to apply.
